2 Google Play VpnService API Policy Disclosure

In accordance with the Google Play Developer Program Policy regarding the VpnService API:

Core Purpose: Xpert VPN exclusively uses the Android android.net.VpnService API to establish a secure, encrypted point-to-point network tunnel between your device and our privacy nodes.
Device-to-Tunnel Encryption: All data transmitted through the tunnel is encrypted using standard AES-256 / ChaCha20 encryption protocols, protecting your connection from eavesdropping and packet inspection.
No Advertising Traffic Redirection: We do NOT use the VpnService API to manipulate or redirect advertising traffic or user traffic from other apps for monetization purposes.
No Data Harvesting: We do not inspect, log, or sell the content of your encrypted tunnel traffic.
Prominent In-App Consent: Before any VPN tunnel is initiated, Xpert VPN displays a prominent disclosure dialog requiring your affirmative consent to start the VPN connection.

3 Information We DO NOT Collect (Zero-Log Policy)

To ensure complete anonymity and peace of mind, we do NOT collect or store:

❌ Browsing history, visited URLs, or domains requested.
❌ DNS query logs or resolved hostnames.
❌ Original incoming IP addresses linked to user identities.
❌ VPN server IP addresses assigned to specific users.
❌ Timestamps of connection starts and disconnects tied to personal accounts.
❌ Packet contents, payloads, or communications transmitted through the VPN tunnel.

4 Information We May Collect & Why

We only collect the absolute minimum data required to deliver reliable connectivity and fulfill Google Play store requirements:

Aggregated Network Performance & Telemetry: Real-time server load percentage, round-trip ping (latency), and server bandwidth consumption in aggregate. This telemetry is never associated with any specific user or device.
Crash & Diagnostic Reports: Unhandled application crash logs, device model, operating system version (e.g., Android 14), and app build number. These are anonymized and used solely to patch bugs and enhance app stability.
In-App Purchases & VIP Status: Transactions are handled securely via Google Play Billing. We receive anonymous transaction receipts/tokens to activate VIP status. We never collect, view, or store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank details.
Advertising Data (Free Users Only): Users of the free tier may see non-intrusive advertisements provided by certified third-party ad networks (Google AdMob / Meta Audience Network). These SDKs may access the Google Advertising ID (GAID) according to your Android device settings. VIP subscribers enjoy an entirely 100% ad-free experience with all advertising SDK requests silenced.

5 Third-Party Service Providers

We work exclusively with reputable third-party partners that adhere to strict privacy and data security standards:

Google Play Services & Google Play Billing: For secure in-app purchases, subscription management, and license verification.
Google AdMob: For serving banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements to users on the free tier.
Secure DNS Resolvers: Users may select encrypted DNS providers (Cloudflare 1.1.1.1, AdGuard DNS, or Google DNS) through the in-app DNS switcher to protect against phishing and malicious trackers.

6 Google Play Account & Data Deletion Policy

In compliance with Google Play's User Data & Account Deletion Policy:

Xpert VPN does not require you to create a username or password to use our VPN service. However, if you have submitted feedback, support inquiries, or wish to delete any diagnostic metadata associated with your installation:

How to Request Data Deletion:
Send an email to support@xpertvpn.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Any support tickets or associated diagnostic logs will be permanently deleted from our servers within 14 business days.

7 Security of Your Information

We implement enterprise-grade technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of our infrastructure. VPN servers operate on secure hardened Linux kernels with ephemeral in-memory storage for routing tables.

8 Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Xpert VPN does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA).
