1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Xpert VPN (the "Application" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2 License & Permitted Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use Xpert VPN on personal mobile devices solely for your lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Google Play terms.

3 Acceptable Use Policy (Prohibited Activities)

You agree to use Xpert VPN responsibly and legally. You expressly agree that you will NOT use the Service to:

• Engage in any criminal or fraudulent behavior, cyberwarfare, or terrorist activities.
• Conduct port scans, brute-force attacks, hacking, Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, or transmit malicious code (viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware).
• Distribute unsolicited commercial electronic messages ("spam"), deceptive phishing, or unsolicited mass mailings.
• Download, share, or transmit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or promote non-consensual violence.
• Infringe intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary trade secrets of any third party.
• Interfere with, degrade, or disrupt the integrity or performance of Xpert VPN servers or other users' network connections.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Xpert VPN bandwidth without prior written authorization.

4 Subscriptions, Billing & Google Play Integration

Xpert VPN offers both a Free tier (supported by non-intrusive ads) and VIP Membership tiers (providing ad-free experience, ultra-speed servers, and dedicated streaming nodes).

• Google Play Billing: All financial transactions and VIP subscription payments are processed exclusively through Google Play. Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Account Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Google Play Account Settings under "Payments & subscriptions".
• No Price Surprises: If subscription fees change, you will receive advance notice via Google Play before your next billing date.

5 Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

Xpert VPN is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. While we operate high-uptime servers worldwide:

• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely immune to ISP-level packet drops, or available in every geographic location at all times.
• Connection speeds and latency may vary depending on local ISP infrastructure, geographic distance, server load, and mobile network conditions.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xpert VPN, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7 Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service (including individual server relays) at any time. We may terminate or restrict access to users who violate these Terms or threaten server security.
